RODS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY
Effective 3-30-2010
Dear valued customer;
The Seeker Rod Company guarantees its rods and blanks to be free of
manufacturing and workmanship defects.
If a rod or blank is found
to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect, that rod or blank
will be replaced free of charge.
After inspection, should we find the rod or blank failed for reasons
other than material or workmanship, there will be a replacement and
shipping charge.
CONVENTIONAL AND SPINNING ROD REPLACEMENT

(All models except super seeker models)
RS/RT and
all rods with Roller Guides $150.00
(All models except super seeker models)
CONVENTIONAL AND SPINNING ROD REPLACEMENT $125.00
RS/RT and all Rods with ROLLER GUIDES $175.00
All
repairs made on Seeker Rods are free.

Warranty Continued;
Manufacturing Defects -
are those that occur during the production of the rod blank and the
components used to make up the completed rod.
Workmanship Defects -
are those that occur during assembly and finishing of the completed
rod.
Rods returned, pursuant this warranty policy, will be examined for
defects in material or workmanship and repaired or replaced at the
option of the Seeker Rod Company.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages,
damage or wear resulting from accident, normal wear, abuse, misuse,
or lack of maintenance to which the rod may have been subjected.
All rods must be returned
prepaid and insured to: Seeker Rod Company, 1340 W. Cowles Street,
Long Beach, CA 90813
and must include the
original
sales slip
along with the owners name, address and telephone number.
Note;
Certain companies selling Seeker Rods are by contract, responsible
for their own warranty work and replacements.
This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
This warranty does not apply to rods used for commercial purposes.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights that very from state to state.
